Information about your activities on our website
When filling in the contact form on the website, you will be asked for your name and contact information. This way I can reply to your message and know who I should address.
When booking a shoot, you will be asked what your wishes are regarding the photo session and for wedding photography you will be also asked to fill in a questionnaire about the wedding. This is how I record your wishes for the photo session. The address data is used so that I know where the shoot takes place (including at home sessions) and also for products delivery associated with the services plus for invoicing purposes. The name and address details are also important for a complete and valid invoice.The telephone number and email address serve as options for communication regarding the photo session and delivery. With these information I can more easily estimate which method is appropriate.
Special and/or sensitive personal data
Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. It is therefore advised for parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, so as to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at bipashaophotography@icloud.com and I will delete this information.
The photos that I commission for you are also special personal data. Without this form of personal data, Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography cannot deliver the end product (photos) and an agreement is not possible. Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography will explicitly request permission for the collection and share of this special personal data.
Do you not want to share the relevant data with Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography? Then unfortunately, the collaboration cannot take place. The data is necessary to perform the services and deliver products.

The data will be sent directly to your mailbox after completing the contact form from Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography. There they together form a customer base and also the administration. Commissioned photos are used with indefinite permission placed on the website and social media accounts of Bipasha Oosterwijk Photography. In addition the photos are stored on my computer (secured with a strong password) for at least 2 years. I save the photos so that customers can also use a backup, should they accidentally lose photos.
